The Youtube example showcased tying earbuds around the first gen of the iPod shuffle. I tried it myself, and it’s a practical saver.
Finally I can avoid those embarrassing moments of taking forever to untangle my iPod earbuds while trying to stay balanced on the bus.
At home I don’t have as many hard-drives as the large amount at work.
Under my desk at work, I’ve accidentally knocked out my internet connection because the hub is loosely sitting on the floor….
While I’m figuring out which cheap “cable-management” system I should implement in the office, in the meanwhile check out ways you can de-clutter your cables in your workspace.
Viva Las Vegas 05/31/08 timeshare trouble
Woke up around noon hungry for breakfast.
The night before we decided that we’ll visit the south end of the Strip to check out the Border Grill for excellent Mexican food and the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay.
Travis and I walked out of the hotel to visit the nearby Tix4Tonight booth, where we could get last minute discount tickets for shows. On our way, a gentleman asked if we wanted free show tickets.
Hell yes!
Put free and show together, definitely you will find me there!
But oh no…. there’s a catch.
Go through a 2 hour presentation first before the tickets are presented…
We thought,
“eh, we don’t have anything planned except for tomorrow night’s show for Zumanity at New York, New York so why not?”
Cutting to four hours later…
Yes, it took us four hours.
I don’t want to go into too much details, because it was mostly just friendly chit-chat about the difference between Canada and the US with our rep.
It was entirely my fault.
Travis had to drag me out of this opportunity of a timeshare purchase by Westgate Properties.
Whoops.
It was very pleasant at first, and eventually the representatives just came down on us…
Buy buy buy.
So just a little warning for those pairs visiting Las Vegas-Do go along with reps offering free show tickets,if you don’t mind sacrificing your time with timeshare presentations…
Don’t worry, they do screen couples.
If one member of your party is over 25 and earns annual income of over $60,000 year you will qualify for this “enticing” offer.
